If your purchase has not met your expectations you can make a return or exchange within 15 days from purchasing date.

Items must be in their original condition.

Exchanges and Returns has to be in our store Mercato Mall in Dubai.

Make sure to have your e-receipt with you.

You can do exchange with any other item you may like in the store too.

For orders paid online, exchanges are allowed only on the same day the item is received from the courier or the day after.

Unfortunately, returns are not available for items paid online. Only exchanges are permitted.
